Using Zavet
Zavet is a service that lets you record, store, and deliver personal video and audio recordings. You must be 13 or older to use Zavet. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your content
You own the recordings you create. You grant Zavet a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to operate the service. We will never use your recordings for training AI models or any purpose outside of service operation.
Subscriptions and billing
Monthly and annual plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email hello@zavet.app.
Legacy delivery
Legacy delivery depends on your designated contacts and your delivery settings. Zavet will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver recordings as configured, but cannot guarantee delivery in all circumstances (e.g., email address changes, service interruptions). We strongly recommend keeping your delivery settings up to date.
Prohibited use
You may not use Zavet to record or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or that violates another person's rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
Zavet is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ventures by Dano LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
